2009 Arts Festival Donations and Sponsorships

Dear Sponsor: On Saturday, September 12, The Franklin Center of Beaver County (FCBC), formerly Aliquippa Alliance for Unity & Development, Inc. (AAUD) will hold our 16th annual festival in Aliquippa.  An increasingly popular community celebration, the mission of the Aliquippa Art and Music Festival is: To bring together the people of Aliquippa and the neighboring communities to highlight the Arts and to showcase Aliquippa as a vibrant, resurging, economically and socially viable community.  The Festival Committee hopes to build upon the success of last year’s Festival and expects to bring thousands of people to downtown Aliquippa!   The Festival Committee invites you to share in our successes by being a part of this increasingly popular community event. Activities for the event include multiple stages providing continuous entertainment, a juried art showing, local craft displays, children’s activities, food vendors, a rib cook-off contest, displays from local businesses, and a parade on Saturday morning.   The FCBC is currently enlisting support and partnerships/sponsorships for the festival to guarantee the best event possible.  Financial support is needed to cover the cost of performers, providing activities for children and families, and event promotion.  Other areas of support can include the donation of artistic materials and supplies, supplies for children’s activities, advertising, purchasing a vendor booth to display your business’ information at the festival, and volunteer support.   Your organization can participate at various giving levels, with attractive benefits at each, such as inclusion in marketing and promotional materials. Enclosed is a sponsorship form that explains the sponsorship levels and benefits in more detail. Please make checks payable to FCBC, a 501c(3) organization (donations are therefore fully tax-deductible).
